Delta 46-460 headstock noise

I've had my 46-460 for awhile now and never had any issues and love it. I've been turning lots of pens lately and just now the head stock is making a light knocking noise but only on fastest pulley at any speed. On the other 2 pulleys at any speed no noise is heard. The second pulley on max speed is 1800 rpm and lowest speed on 3 rd pulley is 1350. Thanks for any help

I had a similar noise and it turned out to be a loose set screw on the pulley.
