I made mistake L section of bar top. I have to remove 2' piece of 3/4 CTX ply that was glued to 3/4 particle board using titebond. Am I going to be able to split these apart - or will I just create a mess? I wanted to x-cross the layers at the L, but forgot to leave top ply piece shorter for the overlap.

the glue bond will be stronger than the particle board and make a mess. you could cut a rabbet in the top side of the glued down board and the bottom of the next board to make a lap and screw them together.
