Cinco de Mayo, so what's for dinner tonight?

Are you having some food from a Southern climate, or Hamburger Helper??

I'm going for Taco's and Nacho's with some Cerveza

Whatever your dinner plans, I hope you enjoy the day.

Jalapeño cheese burger for the mid day meal . Us old Midwestern natives still call that dinner. Supper is TBD. Would love some albondigas, though.
Chile Colorado
chicken enchiladas, with beans and fresh tortillas, and a scoop of pasole, been eating a bigger lunch and a light dinna, seems i weather that much better.
enjoy the day for sure.

Jerry do you use yours in a simmering pot with other goodies, and some rice, veggies served as a soup? Or do you just do it to make spicy beef to use in Burritos, and other hand food?

rj, if ya hear a knock on the door around dinnertime, don't worry, it's just me come to beg some goodness. That sounds good, but I'm being lazy today, so Taco, and Nacho are all I have enough steam to wrangle up.

Papa looks like you are fasting today. I hope you still have a great day.
Osso buco, so that would be northern Italy. Not fond of polenta (traditional), so used mashed patatas instead. Here in Spain they call mashed potatoes - killed potatoes.
Tylenol maybe, home from a 3 hr dentist drilling, scrapping, etc. for new crown. More than expected.
Not a sink full of mayo?

We're heading to Harry's Roadhouse with some friends. Not sure what'll be for dinner yet, but I really like both their ribs and meatloaf. We'll have to see what the special is, though.
Tacos are reserved for thanksgiving… tonight is a chicken tender sub w/extra hot sauce from the Publix deli.
Not sure, but it'll be slathered in green chile! ~=8^O
Thanks for the reminder! I had to stop at the store for a bottle of tequila to go with my burritos…

Life is good!

Brian, generally I love me some killed taters, probably just some masa, and corn for starches tonite though. Enjoy your bones.

Sorry to hear that Ron. I had 3 crowns in my lifetime, the first was a killer, then a Dentist I grew up with said who TF sent you to that BUTCHER? I went to a guy suggested by my friend, and the last 2 were literally a breeze in comparison.

Hope your feeling better soon.

Dave I think you're going to do ok. That Harry guy serves Scrapple. I have an inherent trust of someone who serves Scrapple, it's people food. Like 24 hour Biscuits and Gravy down South, or Meatloaf. You did mention Meatloaf. Thinking you may do more Mexican, SW Hispanic, Spanish food, just being where you are.

Enjoy, and have a great day.
