Black & Decker Automotive Power Tool Model #s

Black & Decker in the '70s-'80s seemed to have assigned different model #s to the same power tools depending on whether they were sold for household use (usually 7000s) or industrial use (Heavy Duty, Extra Heavy Duty, Commercial Heavy Duty, Commercial Duty, Professional, Industrial Heavy Duty-although some tools in this category sometimes are cataloged in the 7000s)-thus, their automotive division is no exception to these rules.

Tools sold through their automotive division were assigned in the 6000s, but not all of them did (some of the Industrial division tool catalog numbers showed up in these lists)
