Not a surprise to me? The Ventura location franchise and store inventory were offered for sale in 2022. Found out via a former work colleague, who was trolling me to move into the area. :-(0) Just checked and the listing has since been removed on bizbuysell.

SWMBO tried that on me a few years ago… Like you, had to find a new supplier!

Well, TBH, I get my wood from Conejo Hardwoods, as waho6o9 mentioned, or Mayan Lumber, which is about 8 miles closer to me than WC was. But WC sells a lot of stuff that the lumber yards don't. Conejo Hardwoods started selling SawStop merch awhile back, so I can source blades and brakes from them…not that I'm planning on buying a bunch!

FYI, this is 2022.

Ventura county really needs another woodworking specialty store. My need for instant gratification can’t handle 2 day prime shipping. Plus, F Amazon. I’d rather pay more locally.
