I have a Sawstop Professional 3hp and a shopfox w1666 2hp dust collector, both 220v. I have a 30A breaker which should handle both.
What I'm looking for is a switch that doesn't require a manual remote control . I want to turn the saw on and automatically start the dust collector. There are plenty of 110 models available but I can't find a 220 equivalent. It can't be that hard.
We have the Jet model with remote at work it's just inconvenient enough that it often goes unused.
Looking at the Ivac system but trying to avoid all the accessorizing. Just a simple, in-line setup.

Penn state gets close but I don't want wires running across the shop, especially with tools on mobile bases. https://www.pennstateind.com/store/LRMSET220.html

This is what I need, but for 220: https://isocketproducts.com/#comparison-table

Alternately, I could build a voltage sensing switch if there are plans anywhere.

Any suggestions?

If there is a magnetic starter on the dc, a current switch on the saw and a time delay relay so there is a short lag till the dc starts. I use this, I have my shaper, ts, jointer and planer set up with one. My dc starter is remote from my dc because the dc is permanent.

I get them from automation direct.

ibewjon, I like the current switch idea. Do you have any more details or pictures of how you've employed this solution? How it's hooked up?

toolie, I like the Ivac and still might use it for more proximal applications.
