That is a reasonable price if in running condition, and it looks to have been well cared for. 3/4HP is more than adequate for a 6" jointer and the mobile base is a plus. Unfortunately, it will most likely already have sold by the time you make up your mind.

I paid $250 for a. 1970's model of that same jointer. 37-220 if im not mistaken. Mine came with a closed stand but it much worse shape than that. Id start at 250 and go from there. Its been a rock solid jointer for me.
