Location: western massachusetts

i was born in scotland but grew up on the jersey shore. i have lived in new mexico, canada, scotland, and massachusetts. i really got into woodworking when i moved here to massachusetts because i thought that this was new yankee country but there arent any groups or clubs out in the springfield area. we have a woodworking show once a year at the exposition center or they have demonstrations at the local woodcraft store.

i am self taught as a woodworker and really enjoy it. i am not quite ready to move up to the big leagues yet but the journey is half the fun.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
