  1. Tic Tac Toe Toilet Paper Holder

I made a Toilet paper holder, shaped like the old game of Tic Tac Toe. It's made from some scrap White Pine I had laying around, stained with Dark Walnut stain and the X's painted Red. It's functional, plus decorative. I have include the video from my Youtube channel here. You can also see...

He was using it as a stop for a washout, so the dirt in his yard didn't wash out when it rained. Like the lumber hoarder I am, I took it, even though I have no room for it. Recently, I decided...

Toilet Paper Holder I have been swamped under by the bathroom remodel that I've been blogging about over at Home Refurbers and at my own site, but I figured I'd toss a little of the in-progress woodworking over here. So here's the paper holder, we're still tweaking the finish on this wood...
  8. Hand Tools
Hi all, I just recently built my first hand plane and am very pleased with how it came out: However, a good looking plane is useless if it doesn't produce nice shavings. This is the kind of stuff I'm getting: These shavings are coming from pine, but I experienced the same type of shavings...
