  1. Saw Stop cabinet under extension Table.

When I sold my old Craftsman saw#, I lost the really great base with storage and drawers. I really have missed not having my saw blades and dado set at my right hand. I also have always want a easier way to access my tools that I use on the saw all the time, without having to have them sit on...
  2. Table saw build

This build had a few challenges to it and it works great, but I just have to give a heart felt thank you to all the jocks that have pimped out their saws and took the time to post them. I took so many ideas, and was so inspired by their projects that they gave me the gumption to just Go For It...
  3. Saw Stop Cabinet

I have a small shop, and needed more space for storage… never ending battle eh? The legs and space under the side wing of the saw stop was open territory, plus the legs on the PCS are horrible if you try to move the saw. I looked this site over, pinterest, google images and came up with this...
  4. Contemporary Table

This side table (to a contemporary desk that I posted one to two months ago) represents a smaller-version of the desk - though, my wife thinks it's large enough to be a desk, in-and-of itself - it measures 48" x 20", x 30" high. Similar to the desk, all joints are M&T (Domino) joints, and...
  5. Outfeed Table

I wanted to show others how they can incorporate an MFT table into an outfield table. The MFT is secured to the other table to make it very stable. It can be unsecured and move away to be able to use the MFT saw fence attachements.

  7. Router Cart for Saw Stop

I have a Saw Stop PCS 175 with a router table/lift dropped in the right side and needed additional storage. The area under the router is tight and oddly configured so I decided to try to make something that fit and had a place for router cases and bits. The plywood is a little rough, but it...
  8. Germany Bowls

I call these "Germany" bowls because they were all made as gifts for my cousins in Germany. They are all bubinga, finished with Danish oil, then buffed and waxed. The first three all share the same shape when viewed from above, but each one was sculpted differently.

  10. Spacesaver/toilet topper

I painted this white, but I don't have a picture of the finished product. I was originally going to put some beadboard at the back and make some doors for the top two shelves, but I decided to just leave the shelves open. If I built another one, I'd leave the back off.
  11. Christmas Ornaments C&C Welcome

Hi All, I wanted to share these with the community and get your feedback. Hope you like em! The globes are Zebra Wood, Cherry, Eucalyptus Burl, & Oak. The Ffinials are made of Holly and Bocote. The dark finial with the zebra wood is holly, I used an home brew ebonizing solution to color it.
  12. Rosewood/ Oak Box

Wanted to get the feel of working with Rosewood, so I made a little box for my bills. Interesting wood to work with…lots of ventilation and a mask when I was cutting. Well worth it, had a great time and truly enjoy the feel of this wood. I complimented the Rosewood look and feel with an oak...
  13. Tablesaw Dust Collection improved by a plywood board and scrap fittings

Tablesaw Dust Collection improved by a plywood board and scrap fittings My dust extractor didn't remove the dust from the sawing operation efficiently, partly before the overam tube meets the main port at a right angle. I made a couple changes to improve the dust collection drastically: 1)...
  14. Cascading Drawers for the Shop

Until I go Active Duty with the Navy in a few more weeks I have had the opportunity to work as a carpenter for a Christian, youth outreach summer camp. Aside from the paid work, perhaps my favorite part of the job is the ability to use the wood shop in my off time. Since I am going Active...
  15. Octagonal Keepsake Box

Box is ~ 8" o.d. and ~5" tall. Stained red oak. I made this in the summer of 2009 for then girlfriend/now wife. At the time I wasn't overly pleased with the results, but revisiting it after a couple years has increased my appreciation for the piece. 3/4 red oak throughout seemed a bit bulky...

  17. Walnut Jewelry Box

Just finished this jewelry box last month for my wife to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The box is made of black walnut and was made at woodworking class at the Connecticut Valley School of Woodworking. I took the class for three reasons - firstly I liked the box and it made a good...
  18. Burned Frame

This is a wood burned frame I just finished today. Im not exactly sure what will be in the frame but it was a fun project all in all.
  19. Simple Cheese Press

Made this for an old (82) friend of mine in WV. I do work for this guy and his wife in the Spring and Summer and he was saying he wanted to build a cheese press. Well, I knew he'd never get around to it so over the Summer, I collected all the stuff to do it with from cast-offs (junk) around...
  20. Birthday Bench

A simple bench for my dads birthday. I had an ash log with to much of a curve for much lumber so I slabbed it out for the legs on this bench. The seat and back-rest are oak as this was what I had handy in the right size. I used glue and really long dowels to hold it all together. Approx...
