  3. Kids Stick Chairs

I just finished these Stick Chairs I made for two boys. They are made out of SYP and Oak. One set of legs was made from white oak firewood, the other oak parts are red oak. They were inspired by pictures of Welsh Sick Chairs I've found online. The finish is amber shellac which I'm not happy...

  10. Bevel gauge

I just thought I'd look up where Martin (owner/producer of lumberjocks for those who might not know) lives. Slovakia is a pretty neat place. Here's a wikipedia link to info about it. The interesting stuff occurs about halfway down the page when it tells about politics, industry, infrastructure...
  12. Designing Woodworking Projects
There has been a lot of discussion on what to do with sawdust and shavings produced while woodworking. Many people use there's for mulch, gardening, and animal bedding. Others have used them for heating. While a pile of sawdust doesn't burn very well, there are ways to get it to burn better...

I like to browse Craigslist once in a while just to get a chuckle from the way people represent (or misrepresent) the stuff they are trying to sell. For example, this listing ( http://lacrosse.craigslist.org/tls/2764026251.html ) touts a Delta 10" 'contractor grade table saw' for only $300...
