    I just added a Carter Stabilizer to my old rickity band saw and wanted to see if it improves the sharpness of cuts made with a 1/4" blade. Jury is still out , looks like it helps a little but I'm not sure there is $80 worth of improvement. I really need a better excuse to buy a new band saw...
