I had had it with the last 4 Retail store Dado stacks over the last year. All of them were awful. Seems the more expensive they were the worse they cut. SO I decided to pull the trigger on a Ridge Carbon Set for $400. AT that time they were out of stock. UGH! So I watched some more Youtube vids and ran across some about the the DeWalt 8 inch set for $150. Every one seems to love them. So I bought one. Finally used it yesterday. I have been wanting one of these blades for sometime. Last week I got a gig that this blade would be perfect for. So I got it yesterday and MAN how have I lived without this blade. A surprise was it is one of the sharpest blades I have ever used. It glided through some red oak like butter even being a full kerf blade. I made the bottom of my dados glass smooth. I was shooting lacquer yesterday. I did not check my humidity gauge in my shop before I shot. it was 75% UGH! I shot 4 pieces of the next project and the finish was milky white….. KILL ME… I bought 2 can of MOHAWK NO BLUSH RETARDER PLUS. Never used it but thought it may come be useful some day. SO I gave it a try. It sprays on just like spray paint and looks and smells my spray can lacquer. The BLUSH disappeared immediately. I gave it an hour to dry. Looked perfect I shot ...

I have always been a wood worker and a computer designer guy. I had heard of these things called 3D Printer that actuality make things in 3D but back in the days they were very expensive. Today they are cheap cheap cheap! I work in the 3D animation world so I wanted one to make my 3D Objects come to life that you could hold in your hands, never thinking about the wood working arena…..
