You gotta start somewhere

Well, I decided one day that my life wasn't busy enough, so I took a trip to home depot and bought some tools. Shortly there after, I realized it wasn't enough tools, so I bought some more, and then a few more after that. Somewhere along the process I decided I needed to actually use them. So I built a few things. Maybe they are not the most "square," or maybe they are not "structurally sound," but I built them, and that feels good enough.

The first one is a cat house. I decided my cat needed a refuge from the dog. I bought some wood at H D*, big mistake. This wood started falling apart, cracking, warping, (insert bad thing here). You name it, the wood did it. So after all was said and done, it didn't look very inviting. And cats can be picky. So I got in the car once more, and bought some MDF to remedy the situation. It helped, a lot, but it still has some problems.

I plan on making a new one in the future. A couple new features to add to it, and an exercise wheel, because my cat is getting fat now that he doesn't have to always run from the dog.

Inside there is a ramp, and I attached two bells, for the cat to play with on the front. All the floors have carpet, and one of the ceilings, (my girlfriend did the carpet…(I hope she doesn't read this)). On top, I took his bed that use to be on the floor, and used velcro to attach it.
