I have a crank bait I made early on that has a really nice action, a deep thumping movement. I'm duplicating it with different paint patterns. This one is a sort crayfish pattern… sort of.
Made of cedar. Everything is handmade except the hooks.
The first fish I caught with one of them I then lost in a tree… don't ask. I've poste the remake of it here someplace. And yes, I've been fishing with them exclusively to see what they'll do. Bass, pike. Some of them work good.
