Sounds like a good setup. How do you like that Shop Fox mortiser? That one is on my wish list at this point, sure looks good from the specs…

I picked that up from a guy selling all his equipment, paid 100.00 for that and 100.00 for the DeWALT 733 planer .the Shop Fox came with a set of five different size bits. Frankly I have turned it on only a couple of times, seems too work real good. I will be using it on a couple projects coming up.

In the last year I have picked up so much equipment and wood that it is unbelievable. I had given to me the scroll saw mentioned, a HF lathe, not the greatest but for the money I'll take it. Now to find a place for it till a better one comes round. From one guy I got about 1000.00-1200.00 in wood for 110.00. He had slabs of walnut, one 9/4×12"x5' one piece of Ebony 2×2x18", purple heart, blood wood, paduka and stuff you wouldn't believe. He had an Akeda Jig with accessories for 250.00 and through in his DeWALT 618. I have just been blessed with some good buys, the Jet band saw 660.00 new, I paid 250.00 and it was basically unused, the fella that bought it got sick ans died shortly after he bought it his wife didn't let it go till last August. When I get the picture thing fixed I will post pictures of the shop and a couple items I have put together. I have been woodworking about two years. so it all takes time.

I will try again to post on the shop

well that one worked. I am standing in front of my miter saw. The item on the work bench is a pair of wall racks for a kayak. It is a one time thing at this point but if she has a friend that would like one, it can be arranged.

The last two are of the shop from the opposite end, the place is still a mess from the work in the down bath we are putting in

This is a nice looking shop. It looks like you get quite a bit of natural light in there with all the glass that you have. While we all would enjoy having a larger shop it appears as if you have plenty of room in there and have done pretty well with the space that you have. Moving the wood storage and dust collector to another area is a good idea for helping with space utilization.

You also have put together a nice collection of tools. Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed taking a tour of your shop.
