Project Information

This is a WWII era Military Jeep Model measuring approximately 6" wide by 12" long. The design is from Toys & Joys and includes a trailer (to be built later). The body is made from cherry and the tires and steering wheel are walnut. The seat cushions are paduk. Couple coats of laquer finishes it off. It was a challenging project (especially the tire tread) but a lot of fun, and a nice distraction.

Thanks for looking.

Dude, this rocks in so many ways!!!! ( sorry for the California slang )

Your details on this are amazing! Making projects with such small details is a challange to say the least. One of the best built models i have seen on here. Love all the wood combos and you can never go wrong using Padauk….

Awesome job! How did you do the wheels? I've built some toys before as well, but I like your wheels better!

Excellent job
