Project Information

A custom workbench that I have made. it was made from an old doctors bench from the 1960's it was made out of medal and i painted it fire engine red like a red vice. it was sold for $ 250.00 dollars, I added red & white oak and then peg board on the sides then added casters. when the woman came by to buy the workbench she was so happy to have it she loaded it into her SUV and drove off with smile and thanked me as she pulled out of the driveway of my two car workshop. see picks. if you have any picks that you want to share i would love to see them of your workshop or any workbenches that you have made i sell my workbenches on Craigslist Boston if i use old material or i make a workbench out of what ever someone brings me then they save allot of money. if i make it new the cost can be expensive. it is so much fun when i create a workbench. please send your picks to me at [email protected] thanks all my workbenches have a story behind them. they are made in memory of my grandfather who had passed away 3 years ago 2 days after Christmas his name was Joe Russo of Belmont ma, we had a nice small work shop in our workshop in the basement, were we lived, i gave him a red vice for Christmas one year, that still sits on the old workbench in the workshop in the basement. i use to do small woodworking projects in that cute quaint workshop also i use to rebuild bikes that use to get me around town, i miss him so much. making my custom workbenches' is how i cope, and i enjoy woodworking so much, MY WORK SHOP IS NAMED THE RED VICE WORKSHOP, THANK YOU.
