Project Information
A year ago I built a large A frame wood cart for my garage shop. It just took up too much room, so I totally dismantled it last week and put all my lumber on the wall on brackets. I had a bunch of 3/4 baltic birch plywood from the cart, so I decided to do two projects. This is #2, a folding outfeed table for my Sawstop contractors saw. It is made from all recycled wood, screws and even the marlite on the top is left over from another project. The first 12" is permanently attached to the saw with an aluminum L bracket. I had left over hinges from taking apart an old boat, so I used those.
The only new part on this table are the two folding leg hinges I bought from Rockler. They were a pip to work with.
A HUGE tip of the hat to Jim Becker. I got the idea and basically copied everything from him at his site. I changed the design to my specifications and modified it where necessary.
