Your marquetry skills are exemplary! I have watched your workmanship grow to a true master. Your subject matter is well conceived and executed with a great eye for color, arrangement, veneer orientation and selective shading. Outstanding presentation in numerous forms. I always enjoy the detail of your work, and having done a fair share of marquetry I much appreciate the care you put into these artworks. Thanks for showing your work. Not a fan of the new lj format but love your work.

It took me awhile to get all the right settings in the new site. I suppose I'll get used to it in a while.

That is beautiful! All most ready to try my had a double bevel marquetry. Been wanting to give it a try for a long time. Pictures like this inspire me. Not sure if that is the method you use. But I think that will be the best fit for me.

Yes I do double bevel. I use thicker veneer also - 2mm.
