Project Information

Wine rack with figured top.
I have been looking for a wine rack than can store 20-30 bottles
but did not encounter with appropriate size rack.
Then I decided to make . Biggest issue is the simple design that I can build
even with my poor skill of woodworking. I like to have LumberJokcs folks' comment.
Thank you in advance

Frame : hard maple
Top : walnut and "Tochi"
Tung oil finish then thin coat of polyurethane
Floating tenon (a sort of ebony) is used for the frame construction

Beautiful piece! If you did this with "poor skill of woodworking", I can't imagine what you'll do when you get good skills!
