I've been playing my rode hard and put away wet 1980ish LP for some years now, and I love it. I bet this plays and sounds like a dream. Congrats my friend! Beautiful work.

Are the pickups original? :)

That's one beautiful piece of workmanship! Thanks for sharing your website url too. The pictures are very detailed and in this case the beauty is in the details. Great job on blending the colors for the top too. How about a sound clip or video of you playing it?

A friend has one of the original Les Paul guitars, and the insurance company made him put an alarm system on

So that's a full solid body guitar? You mentioned it being light and I know my LP is heavy as a tank so I'm curious.
