Nice work. Gotta love a lazy Susan.

Where do you get the smooth operating ones. Last I bought were off Amazon, low price, but really low quality, hardly even shop grade.

The grain matching is great. From the top siide, I cannot see where the boards are joined. Beautiful wood. "Simple" design (except for the butterflies). Very nice.

Thank all for you generous comments. therealSteveN I buy from Amazon and eBay. May cost a little more but I mostly use the TamBee brand. one of the tricks for smooth operation is to sit the bearing on the Susan and where the mounting screw go press down at each location one at a time to see if there is any movement. If one foot is off the wood when the screw goes in it will distort the bearing making it hard to turn as well as noisy. Hope this helps I had to learn the hard way there is no instructions that I have found?

Looks like a full-width slab-o-walnut, some fine attention to detail!

Thanks for the bearing info, I'd really like to step up in quality for these 8^)

Old Rivers,

A very nicely done lazy Susan. Love the butterfly inlays. Grain matching was great.

Congrats on DT3.
