Sweet. Do you use them in day to day work? What size are they?

No I dont use them all the time just once in awhile. They are 8 and 3/8 inches long by 1 and5/8 wide by about 1 1/2 tall. and yes they work really well. The only thing I did wrong with them is the mouth is open way to much and I need to put a filler piece in them to close the mouth.

Wow - even more! What resources did you use to get started making your planes?

Dorje, None, I was watching David J. Marks on Woodworks on DIY. he had a show on making hand planes some years ago. So I went out to the shop and started making them. I know they are some what different then what most planes look like but I like the way they fit my hand. They work very well.

What angle is the blade bedded at? They look pretty low. And is the blade bevel down or bevel up?
Best regards

Oh, so many delightful pieces of workshop jewellery / jewelry coming through; I can't wait to get these wardrobe doors finished to get back to something exciting like this.

After seeing plane prices, I'm thinking about it, too.
