Project Information

I Just completed this wall shelf. It is of my commission pieces from a recent show. I haven't had a chance to photo much work lately but got a chance to shoot this one before packaging it up… I am really looking forward to a break after the show this weekend. Then it is back in the barn to create more inventory for the shows starting in march…
Maple and Padauk with a oil/poly finish and waxed
It is 37" x 18" x 7"

Thanks everyone… this was a fairly easy and fast project and best of all profitable.

Randy…thanks…looking forward to the show and looking forward to some shop time afterwards to work on some new ideas…

doubleDD… One of the things I do at shows is always offer suggestions that my pieces can be used for…the power of suggestion….

Rick…I definitely like the design and it seems to go over well at the shows. I started making them to fill some empty wall space in my booth above the displays for the boxes and they became contagious. Yes…!

I favorited just because of the dog. Please put it back. It is horrid that people would disp a wonderful companion just because of its looks. How would they treat a human whos looks were not great? I have several great friends who have birth defects or have suffered trauma leaving them less than photogenic. Need I say more?

Thanks…! I use metal keyhole hangers on the vertical shelves and have also used recessed French cleats on the horizontal shelves. The French cleats offer a bit of horizontal adjustments if necessary.
