Project Information

Guitar hanger shaped to resemble a note scale and given to my son for his christmas gift.
I used the idea from a previous LJ's project http://lumberjocks.com/projects/58480
and changed it to a treble clef with a little more flair.
Made from oak, stained dark with tung oil finish. The actual hangers I bought on-line and are intended to hang guitars from a closet pole. I modified the them to hang over 3/4 instead of a closet pole.
Last pic you can see he adorned it for christmas.

My son lives in an apartment with very high ceilings (restored 1900 textile mill) and has limited room to place his guitars on the floor. This would certainly work in a music room. I already have an order for a local recording studio.
