This is my first finished project w box joints. Stole the idea from jumbojack http://lumberjocks.com/projects/80625. Cutting board style bottom attached w daddo to box. Made with walnut, maple, purple heart, and Philippine Mahogany. Black flocking in 2 sections. One section has a lid made with walnut and purple heart. Coated w/ three coats of danish oil and then added 4 clear stick on feet.
Things I would do next time, file box joints for better fit, more careful with glue to avoid glue finger prints, and no wood filler.
