Borgmc1, its been a while since your last post but I see you have been busy making some more outstanding mugs. Then again, it is what I have come to expect from the mug-meister :).

Very Fitting, since the birth place of the Marine Corps (Tun Tavern) was a bar! Great Job.

Ah yes, the famed seagull on a basketball with a hook shouting "go air force, go!" :)

I think I should run away now… (grin)

Seriously, nice job man. I wasn't aware they has 22 ounce beers down there. Wouldn't take too many of them to make a dozen.

Good project! The burning is dead on and finish complements your work. I've been away for awhile but will put some more of my mugs on site soon. Keep up the quality ART!!!

The burnings were a pain in the a$$. The oak would randomly burn hot in random places~ so, it was hard to make them as close to the same as possible…because of scorching

The finished mugs do look awesome BorgMC

Well done. Even with the Marine Dudes emblem on it (Seabee Here).
Seriously it is a great job and my youngest son a current Marine and all my Marine buddies for the Leather Necks MC would all agree and love them.
Where do you get your FDA epoxy? And what is it called?

Thanks Borgmc1. I work for 3M as a Tech Support for our Industrial Adhesives and Tapes and I don't have FDA epoxy in my line and I want some for my carvings as well.
Thanks again Semper Fi to you.
