Project Information

This is for my grandsons, ages 2 and 5, to add to their existing range and sink unit. It was modeled after a commercial toy and built entirely from shop remnants and old hinges from our former kitchen cabinets. In retrospect, I should have made the front and rear panels taller to hide the edges of the top slats. Dimensions are roughly 13"W x 14"D x 32"H.

Very nice!

Reminds me: I could use a nice cold toy beer about now :)

Very Nice! I especially like it that you used scrap material. The inlaid penguin is a cute touch too!

I doubt the boys will care. I'm sure they'll love playing with it and probably never even notice. Great job GrandPa!
