Project Information

This first 3 photos show a half way model/toy truck I made for an old friend who was raised on a farm in the 1950s. Its a toy truck with a few carvings added to remind her of some of her experiences. The 4th and 5th photos show an earlier version I made for my Granddaughters. The basic design is exactly the same as other trucks I have showcased, with a few refinements. Its amazing how a few alterations completely change the look.

A merry Christmas and happy New Year to all the fellow LJs.

Great looking toy farm truck! Reminds me of the 1-ton 1937 International Harvester truck we had on our farm when I was growing up in the 50s. Thanks for sharing, and Merry Christmas.

I live in down under in the land of the long white cloud so we are also having a hot Christmas. Not as hot as where you are though. We are very fortunate to be not too threatened by bush fires. Earthquakes are a different story.
