Project Information

Well got my little tow truck figures out and build between weeks in the hospital
and to sick to get out there, but man it felt so good when I could get up the gumption to get er done.
This was made with walnut and oak.
The wheels were left overs from other projects.
I used the oldest tanker plans from Toys and Joy to make the frame and bonnet so I would think this is a ton and a half body style.
I lowered the roof down a tad and also the frame for a more custom look not as much of a wooded toy look?
The crane was modeled after what was used at the time for many a home built tow truck.

The blog of the build is here.
