Tool Caddy
for gardening, drawing, painting…

Hi LJ's,
Here a post from the blog on the making of a tool caddy, as a Christmas present for my girlfriend.
I enjoyed this little project for many reasons, first off all because it is a gift for my gf, second because it was an improvised project based on an older project of mine, third, because I could use it to show some methods of working and even more important, how to fix our mistakes.

This post is from the following blogs:
Caddy for tools, gardening, drawing, painting…: https://www.lumberjocks.com/mafe/blog/130504

Pictures:
1. The tool tote.
2. Preparing the wood.
3. Sawing techniques.
4. Chisel techniques.
5. Listening to the groove…
6. Fixing mistakes.

Hope it can be to some inspiration, perhaps that you learned something, or at least that you enjoyed the post.

Best thoughts,

MaFe

Nice finished caddy Mafe, your girlfriend will welcome it with love. I learned a few things along the way following the blog. Except for #6, I'm quite familiar wit that one.

Hi there,
Thank you for the comments.
stefang, smiles Mike, Yeli also said that it was just perfect with that branch, so I am extra pleased.
swirt, thank you, I thought it would be nice to share our fixes also, I love the fact that it's not a perfect world. ;-)
Jim, one more Jim, extra thanks.
Andre, big laugh, yes you might have a point there… But as long as we can get a good one, then the mistakes adds times for one more. Smiles.
Pottz, I agree it some how calls for gardening and nature. Thanks.
doubleDD, big smile, yes nr 6 is a must learn. Happy you could use the blog.
woodshaver Tony C , I look forward to see where she will use it, I have a feeling it might be in the garden when spring comes and the greenhouse starts calling. Smiles thank you.
Ivan, only the best for our loved once, so they had to be hand cut, thank you buddy.
