Thanks, Dave. No latch … the lid is rather tight. No apron either, will just sit on the bench.

Thanks, Tom. I use a mixture of beeswax, turpentine, and linseed oil. I also have a grease pot under my Hand Crank Drill Press.

Well my 2 questions were answered but neat little box, I keep intending to make one! Did you post to enter the club?

A useful little box. I use mine to wax the threads of screws to make them easier to insert.

The glue was dry enough in 45 minutes so I opted for a simple wood screw … thanks, Kenny!

OK. now I know that toe pincher could have it's own box. It reminds me on coffin a little. Big plus for useing this small piece instead waste it.

Thanks, Ivan … and a coffin it is. As a funeral director I though what better shape to use for a grease box. The piece of mahogany used was actually my first attempt at gadrooning …
