Your shop looks like it's in the 2nd story of a barn? I love it. Both of my neighbors have "unused", 100 year old barns. I would trade my pole barn shop in a heartbeat for one of them. Shop upstairs and vehicles and crap below. Do you have an exterior shot.

Hi Freddy,
Yes it is in the hay mow, one end of the barn has a tall door that slides and we use a rough terrain forklift the move things up and down. not ideal but we have large rolling carts.

We live in the lower half which is in a constant state of (barn conversion) flux. But we plug away at it. I should post a thread on that. lol

This pic was taken this spring as we were starting a 24×36 great-room on the end but you can see a bit of the barn anyway.

Large pic

Thank for stopping by!

Cheers - Jeff

Great use of an old iconic building in rural Wisconsin. You have several years of work ahead but the end result will be worth it.

Anyone that has room in their shop for all that wood and tools is my role model.

Thanks for sharing. Looks like a great place to make saw dust.
