This box is a commissioned piece for Scott in trade for some blacksmith lessons from him.

This box is made from Quarter Sawn White Oak native to where I live in southern Oregon, and was milled by the customer.
The center lid panel is Ziricote and the handle is Brazilian Rosewood, woods I had on hand.
The divider sides are Oregon Maple (live edge) as is the tray.
Accents are Paduak and Walnut.
Finish is semi gloss lacquer.
