I was looking through posted projects today, 1/11/2018, and it seems everyone was posting stools, so I thought I would post one too. I made a pine version of this for a church gift exchange and my wife liked it so I made one for her out of red oak. It is very sturdy and way to heavy, wish I would have used something else. The first one I made I did it just to see if I could do a Maloof type joint, and surprise to me it worked. Thanks for looking.
