Workshop Information

United States
My workshop, well, it is what it is. It's a space to call my own. It's an 8'x8' shed complete with extension cord power, climate control to match whatever the outside temperature is at the time, no room for anything except the 2 workbenches I built, all the shelves I could fit in, and a window. Oh, I can't forget the old AC window unit I turned into an air scrubber. Yup, I'm one of those. I turn things into other things. But anyway, I've always had an interest in working with wood. 2 years I got a scroll saw for Christmas and have been loving it, and now I'm trying to branch out into other areas of woodworking a little at a time.

UPDATE: 1/29/13

I've been working on renovating my shed/shop and now have 3 work benches and a pegboard cabinet with sliding doors! (second picture) This was built on the wall with all the shelves. For more on this check out my blog. It's taken me about 3 weeks to get this far since my company has us working 6 days a week right now. NOT FUN. It's coming around quite nicely though. By the time I'm done out there I won't even recognize the place!

it may be small but it will get the job done. I have a similar setup in my 10×10
