Very nicely done! Went back & looked at the Cape box too… also great job.
Did you use bandsaw only, or something else for tight curves?
What's approximate overall size.

Great box! Of course Nebraska or Wyoming would have been easier and I'm Trying to figure out how to get an Ohio shaped one to stand upright - LOL. Thanks for posting.

@ leafherder. Thanks all for the comments.
The size of these boxes are about 10 in long by about 7 in high. Depth about 4 in. I use a 1/8 in blade and removed the top guide bushings and put in the carter bandsaw stabilizer guide. You then open up the guide bushings under the band saw table. The blade then acts like a scroll saw. Still have to go slow but it works great. I put in a high quality blade timber wolf I believe

Tks
