How many hours do you spend sitting down every day? You know, they say sitting is the new smoking... Whatever that means. But one thing is clear, all that sitting isn't good for anyone.
Last year I built a solid ash wood desktop and base cabinets for my home office. Between my day job and editing YouTube videos, I spend WAY too much time sitting at this desk. But that's about to change.
Today I built a desktop accessory that allows you to transform any desk into a standing desk. It took some prototyping, a lot of tinkering and a little guesswork, but ultimately I figured it all out.
I used about half a sheet of 3/4 plywood and mostly a router and a jigsaw to cut the slots.
