Very well done, oak was an excellent choice.
The piece looks pretty big. How big is it?
How well does the LED backlight the glass.

This piece was about 5 feet high by 32 inches wide. The stained glass was done by a local craftsman and the center piece came from an old church.

A friend that assisted with this project came up with a tape roll of LEDs and a small transformer obtained through Amazon. These 16 foot rolls go for about $15 and were excellent for this piece. I have since used them under kitchen cabinets with excellent results. I strongly recommend these and they are very economical to buy and operate. One word of caution! some of the connectors offered "HitLights LED PCB Strip to Strip Connector" are nearly worthless and are very frustrating to use. Solder connections are the only way to go on these. The Hitlight website has a video segment on how to do the solder joints.
