Project Information

This is a rebuild of a previous project, I decided to modify the plans by increasing the size by about 50%, plus I made it so the doors open, and chaged the design of the drivers seat, and the rear cargo plagform and added some features from photo;s of old stage coaches I found.

Wow that's so cool you did a wonderful job even though you had design changes on the fly.

Ditto on NICE!
Did you make your own wheels? If so, how did you make them?
How many hours would you guess you put into this project?

Yes I made my own wheels, drew them with a compass, then cut the outside on the bandsaw, then made a jig to let me even the outside on the disk sander, then I used my scroll saw to cut middle out and then sanded smooth, then used a free computer CAD program "Inkscape" to figure spoke placement on the wheel and the hub. Not sure how long it took, as I didn't work only on it, had 2 other projects going.

The details are awesome - what are the rough dimensions of the stagecoach? I have looked at the zoomed in pics 3X's& find something new every time.

Thanks for sharing.

Amazing!

I am always blown away when fellows like you can make a project with this much detail. Your patience is mind boggling. My respect and admiration to you.
Can you guess as to how many hours you put into this project?

Unbelievably realistic! Would love to build one of these but not sure I have the patience.
