Looks as good as the one they sell at Rockler, which cost booga bucks. Your's probably the cost of the two plastic knobs and the t-track. Good job.

Pottz, here is another design to think about. It is a simpler version of your design, but is the same thought. I find that I can align my cuts with a pencil line on tape.
