I made this spice rack for a friend of mine. She had a spice rack (over her stove) where the drawers pulled straight out and she couldn't read the labels. I made this up for her as the drawers pull down on a 45 degree angle. They latch in the back with strong earth magnets. The unit fits right in her existing cupboard. The drawers and front are cherry and the sides are birch plywood.
