I dont really work to any specific size. I generally let ******************** happen however it happens and say a little prayer and close my eyes, smack it with a mallet a couple times, and with all going well i hope to end up somewhere between the 14inch x 18inch or 16×20 ish kind of area. I think the longest i've done was about 16×26 ish should be in a pic right here:
