Project Information
This was the first soap making project I came up with for my wife. She had the silicone loaf mold, but needed a way to keep the sides in shape while the soap set up. After measuring for the mold, I decided to add a slicing jig and a removable wall to allow sliding the loaf to the end and slicing a bar off. It was my first box project and I had a list of design changes before the first glue up. I guess that means there will be another version somewhere down the road. We used this yesterday and it worked pretty well. The thinner bars pictured on the soap curing rack were molded and cut using this project.
