Snap Lid Boxes

Here are a couple of snap lid boxes for those of you who like turning on a small scale. The box and lid are turned from the same piece. Look close at the grain and you can see they both line up. These are good project pieces for those of you who are wanting to get better at your turning skills. For this project the only tool used is the Skew. In this case the wood is Australian Sheoak. Great wood, no movement as it dries.
