Project Information
This is the first spoon that I have attempted. It turned out to be really easy to make. I even made a little blog post on the steps I took to get there. CHECK IT OUT if you like @http://zlsboardworks.blogspot.com/. I like how the spoon came out overall and cant wait to use it. Let me know what you think and tell me if I could have made it any other way than I did. I put a beeswax/ mineral oil finish on it and its dimensions are approximate 2 3/4 at the head of the spoon and 14 inches long. After I had made the spoon I decided to make a tray for it so when I use it, I wont get my counter dirty. I made the tray out of maple, and used a round nose router bit to make the concave. The set came out great I think, I'm def going to add this project to the product list at zlsboardworks.
