Project Information

The first sign is a wedding gift and the second for a friend showing each family member's birthday. The first sign was done on red oak and the second done on silver maple. The cursive names were cut on the scroll saw out of 1/4" Walnut. The finish is several coats of sprayed on lacquer. A couple of fun projects.

I like all of them but I like the first one with the bark best of all. Great job John.

Did you cover the log with tape and x-acto ELLER out to stain it? Impressive how sharp the edges of the word are.

You must have a good connection to get that done, or did you rework an old LightScribe burner.

Gary;
I have a friend that has a laser. He was very helpful with this project.
