Workshop Information

Location
United States
I live in a condo. My shop is located in my attached one car garage. I keep my wood supply in my small basement. Because of the moisture, I run a dehumidifier during the summer.

I used to have a three garage and surprisingly, I prefer my new smaller work space. It forces me to be efficient and I never have to go far to grab a tool. Building large projects is a challenge and requires a lot of planning but I make it work.

Scott, how about posting some pictures of your shop when you get a chance? Tours of other shops are always welcomed.

Pictures posted. Can you find Norm?

If you notice, my Delta DP-220 is disassembled. I'm having my shaft turned and I ordered two new chucks. One keyless. They should arrive next week. I already replaced the bearings but it still wasn't true.

Scott, you have a nice shop to work in and it looks to be well organized. You also managed to put together a nice collection of tools.

Great looking shop! The smaller they get, the more organized you need to be and you have accomplished that nicely.
It's good to find some other Michiganders on LJ's
