Hi guys, this is the first of my pictures to upload thanks to the help from Kiwi Sharyn. I made this for a competition at Waiheki Island. 2007. Didn't win as there was only one winner. Enjoyed trying though. When I get more familiar with uploading I have a few more to share with you.
It is made of plantation pine and Macrocarper [drawer fronts]. The legs are alloy and made on a metal lathe .
I used white nylon chopping board for the coasters which are screwed to the legs. [throw nothing away!]
Each leg is held on with a plate and allan screw as are the joining rods between each unit.
The drawers are on full extention runners and the carcases are dovetailed.
It is about 1500mm long 450mm deep and 815mm high.
